Job Description

PCB Assembly Technician (Through-Hole) – Job Responsibilities

  1. Assemble and insert through-hole electronic components on PCBs as per assembly drawings and BOM.
  2. Perform neat and reliable soldering of through-hole components following quality standards.
  3. Inspect solder joints and identify defects such as dry joints, solder bridges, or incorrect component placement.
  4. Use soldering tools and equipment safely while following ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.
  5. Maintain production records, keep the workstation clean, and meet daily production targets.
