Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

Summary:
As a Technology Educator, a typical day involves engaging with learners to enhance their technology capabilities and ensure their skills remain aligned with current industry demands. The role includes delivering comprehensive foundational training sessions that cover various aspects of technology, professional growth, and industry knowledge. Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in developing course materials and designing assessment tools to evaluate learner progress and certification readiness. This position plays a vital role in fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement within the technology community, supporting both individual and organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training content to reflect the latest technological advancements.
- Assist junior professionals by providing guidance and support in their learning journey and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- SAP HANA & SAP S/4HANA Administration
- SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
- SAP Cloud ALM
- Additional SAP technical administration experience would be an added advantage

- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing database administration and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, as well as security management in SAP landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
