Job Description – Esker AP Automation Specialist

Role Summary

Looking for a Technical Specialist with hands-on experience in Esker AP Automation to manage invoice processing, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Esker platform (profiles, workflows, OCR, inbound channels)
  • Handle invoice lifecycle including validation, approval, and rejection
  • Support PO & Non-PO invoice processing and reconciliation logic
  • Work on Esker–ERP integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Infor CSI) via APIs/SFTP
  • Troubleshoot invoice errors, mapping issues, and runtime failures
  • Act as SPOC for Esker-related issues and coordinate with AP & ERP teams
  • Provide production support, debugging, and issue resolution
  • Prepare documentation and support KT sessions

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Esker AP Automation
  • Knowledge of AP processes and invoice workflows
  • Experience with API integrations, JSON/XML
  • Basic JavaScript for logic handling

Soft Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
