 Role: Management Trainee – Data Analyst 

Functional Area: Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Relevant Experience: (Freshers / Entry-level) 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented graduates for the role of Management Trainee – Data Analyst. This position is designed to build strong analytical capabilities and enable data-driven decision-making by working on real business problems through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions 

 Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking 

 Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve business outcomes 

 Assist in data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy 

 Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business needs 

 Perform ad-hoc analysis and present findings in structured formats 

 Support in automation of reports and processes using tools and scripts 

 Create clear and impactful data visualizations and presentations 

 

Technical Skills: 

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas) 

 Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation 

 Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) 

 Basic understanding of Python or R (preferred but optional) 

 Knowledge of data analysis concepts, statistics, and data interpretation 

 Understanding of databases and structured data systems

Education & Experience: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or related field 

 Fresher or final-year students eligible 

 Strong foundation in quantitative and analytical subjects preferred 

 Academic or internship projects related to data analysis are an advanta
