Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Financial Products Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, field visits, and customer referrals.
• Sell financial products such as Business Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, Investment Products, and other fintech solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding and verification process.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products is preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in Banking, Fintech, Insurance, Telecom, or Direct Sales is preferred.
