Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application development methodologies.
- Experience in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between enterprise applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
