Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Portfolio Management

• Achieve disbursement, portfolio, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area.
• Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio expansion in line with business plans.
• Monitor branch productivity and ensure optimal portfolio growth.

Team Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and field staff.
• Drive performance through regular reviews, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.
• Ensure manpower availability, employee engagement, and attrition management.

Credit & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio health, delinquency, PAR, and collection efficiency.
• Take corrective actions to control credit risk and improve asset quality.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
• Conduct branch visits and operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strengthen governance and control mechanisms across all branches.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, local communities, and key stakeholders.
• Resolve escalated customer issues effectively and ensure high service standards.
• Represent the organization in the assigned market and support brand visibility.
