• Primary skills:Domain->Telecom->Network Inventory Planning & Management,Technology->CRM->Amdocs Experience: 5 to 15 years Location: PAN India • 3+ years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of senior developer/lead. • Must have expertise in the Amdocs Cramer (ARM) suite of applications and its modules for Cramer 9 or ARM 10 and above. • Strong knowledge and Implementation experience in ARM modules mainly in Resource Manager, Service Fulfilment Adapter, Task Engine, Delivery Engine, Metadata Manager and Amdocs Universal Activator. • Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID) • Should have expertise in Software development principles using JAVA/J2EE, SQL/PLSQL, Unix and Weblogic • Must have expertise in telecom services like Ethernet with CoS, IPTV and Internet. • Must have experience in design and development of ARM metadata for network inventory and task engine modules. • Experience in handling bulk data inventory creation using scripts. • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) to act as a bridge between client and delivery team and manage onshore and offshore teams. • Experienced in developing CI/CD pipelines for delivery of projects. • Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals. • Experienced in the areas of BSS/OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements. • Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in Fulfillment area of Telecom process. • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills. • Experience in integration with context of Order fulfilment (CRM, Inventory, SCM, WFM, etc.) with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST, XML, JMS, JSON, etc.
