Lead- Governance Databricks
Area(s) of responsibility
8 to 10 Years
Finalize and operationalize data governance policies (data access, privacy, retention, classification, sharing).
Define governance operating model for Databricks (roles, RACI, approval workflows).
Align governance with enterprise security, compliance, and risk frameworks.
Design and implement fine‑grained access control using Unity Catalog and RBAC / ABAC models
Implement row‑level and column‑level security, dynamic views, masking policies.
Define and manage Data ownership, Metadata standards & tagging, Sensitivity classification (PII, PHI, confidential data)
Configure and monitor Audit logs & access logs and Policy violations & exceptions
