Legal Manager-Loan Against Property-Hardship Assistance Unit
- Responsible for managing legal matters related to Loan Against Property within the Hardship Assistance Unit. - Oversee compliance with regulatory and legal frameworks impacting loan processing. - Provide legal guidance and support to ensure smooth operations in loan sanctioning and recovery. - Coordinate with internal teams and external legal entities for dispute resolution and documentation. - Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting loan products and advise accordingly. - Ensure risk mitigation through proper legal documentation and adherence to policies. - Support the Hardship Assistance Unit in managing legal risks associated with loan restructuring or assistance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal practices relevant to secured lending and property laws. - Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline legal processes and improve operational efficiency. - Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters.Job role
