Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. We are a construction and interior design studio.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create and manage content calendars for posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Optimize social media profiles and content using SEO and YouTube SEO best practices.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
• Manage Meta advertising campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Analyze social media and website analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook (Meta), and YouTube platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SEO and YouTube SEO.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, content planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set).
