Job Description

Title - Account Executive


Location: Andheri West, Mumbai


Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year


Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare invoices and generate E-Way Bills.
  • Maintain and update outstanding reports.
  • Handle banking activities such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, etc.
  • Process scrap bills and maintain records.
  • Update and move Proforma Invoices (PI) in the Order Book/ERP system.
  • Verify and process price approvals for PIs.
  • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing and order-related activities.


Qualification: B.Com / M.Com


Software Knowledge:


  • Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas)
  • ERP software knowledge will be an added advantage.


Skills Required:


  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Smart, proactive, and quick learner
