- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain software quality.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Experience with data storage solutions, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data processing issues.
