Junior Interior Architect (Commercial Projects)

Location: Delhi NCR / PAN India (Project-Based Deployment)

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design or B.Arch

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Interior Architect with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical drawing skills, sound knowledge of construction detailing, BOQ preparation, site execution, and project coordination. The role requires regular interaction with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review detailed architectural and interior working drawings for commercial projects.
• Develop Layout Plans, Elevations, Sections, Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP), Electrical Layouts, Flooring Layouts, Partition Layouts, Joinery Details, GFC Drawings, and Detailed Execution Drawings.
• Create 3D models, presentations, and photorealistic renders using 3ds Max/SketchUp, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, material specifications, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Assist in procurement planning, vendor coordination, and material approvals.
• Identify project risks, resolve site-related issues, and support timely project execution.
• Ensure all drawings and project deliverables comply with project requirements and execution standards.

• Strong understanding of detailed working drawings, section drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and execution methodologies.
• Ability to independently coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Comfortable with regular site visits and project-based travel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under project deadlines.
• Added AdvantageKnowledge of MEP coordination.
• Experience in commercial fit-out execution and project management.
• Exposure to estimation, procurement, and vendor management processes.
