Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by leveraging your expertise to create effective software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data modeling and report generation.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data transformations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
