Accountant Cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant who is well-versed in all aspects of accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GST, TDS, Salary Processing, Taxation, Bank Reconciliation (BRS), and other accounting-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings and compliance.
• Process monthly salaries and maintain accurate payroll records.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
• Follow up with clients and vendors regarding outstanding payables and receivables.
• Prepare financial reports as required by management.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in all accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally (latest version) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation laws.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
