Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.

Coordinate with content, design, video, and web development teams.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI.

Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Manage campaign budgets efficiently.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes.

Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead generation and conversions.

Ensure all campaigns meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation.

Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar is a plus.
