We are hiring energetic and ambitious professionals for the position of Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Insurance Consultants.
Drive sales and achieve business targets through team performance.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and team meetings.
Support advisors in lead generation and business conversion.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Sales, Banking, Insurance, or Marketing experience preferred.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals.
