Neocasa Infratech Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Real Estate Sales to lead business expansion, sales strategy, and high-performance teams across the NCR region.

With a strong presence in Noida and Delhi/NCR real estate markets since 2015, Neocasa specializes in plotted developments, residential projects, and investment-focused real estate solutions.

Minimum 5+ Years in Real Estate Industry

✔ Leadership experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory


Job Location

Noida / NCR


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization.
  • Handle Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Business Development operations.
  • Build and manage strong channel partner and broker networks.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage large sales teams, Team Leaders, and operational performance.
  • Develop market expansion strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and corporate partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and project positioning.
  • Ensure high conversion ratios and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and sales forecasting.

Candidate Profile

  • Must have relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry only.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience in handling high-value clients and channel sales.
  • MBA/PGDM preferred.
