What would you do? Lead the team & CL10s to ensure the production & quality TAT is met daily without any issues. More focused on client delivery, adding value to client. Strict adherence to OpEx documents (DTPs, FMEA, Control plans) are in place and validated in regular intervals. Good rapport with client team and ensure all SLAs are met. Need string knowledge on Commercial lending & credit services. Should lead the client calls and address the queries raised by the multiple stakeholders (client / agent banks / attorneys / Borrowers / middle office). Lead the operational metrics tracking and reporting it accurately. Need to have adequate controls in the process and ensure to take proactive actions rather than reactive.

Roles and Responsibilities: •Credit Services Specialist – Responsibilities: · Should have hands on experience in commercial lending loan operations components /services, various types of documents and document repository systems and line of businesses · Responsible for Deal Closing, Booking, processing Drawdowns, Rollovers, Disbursing advances to clients Repayments, Pre-payments, Funding, Rate-Fixings, Fees and external payments, Collection of interest, ACH / Wire & Past Due Reconciliation, Payoff, Collateral maintenance & release, Escrow setup & Taxes, Commercial Insurance and UCCs · Manage a team of 50+ FTEs · Expert in conflict handling and managing bottom performers · Should understand the nuances of extracting the appropriate language from documents/notices from other banks to set-up new loans, post advances and payment to loan system · Leads must have knowledge of loan systems like nCino & ACBS Loan Systems. MTS Payment applications will be added advantage · Suggest, drive & implement process improvements and synergies on an ongoing basis · Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with teammates and leadership to understand, implement, and support key strategic initiatives and solve operational issues · Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of deal operation · Research complex issues utilizing internal and external resources and contacts. · Lead the daily calls to coordinate, plan, schedule and execute activities within team · Improve consistency of operations across processes through ongoing communication and best-practice sharing · Complete all MIS reports according to schedule/requirements · Mentor and assist the new employees to come up the learning curve •Research payments not appropriately identified and/or posted to accounts · Clarify the doubts of the team members in exacting the language from Loan documents/notices from other banks to set-up new loans, post advances and payment to loan system · Liaise with other departments within the bank (front office, middle office back office) as well as external contacts (Borrowers, Agent Banks, Trustees, etc) for the execution of the reconciliation/pay-off/escrow analysis/Payment Rejection/Client Inquiries/disputes/Claims management/ Subpoena and other litigation support · Assist the team to analyze past due payment / rate changes, manage fee - collection and posting to the system based on the accounting team s requirement · Providing work product within the stringent timeline and improved quality · Realize responsibility and completes the task at hand and on time ·
