Field Sales Executive

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers in person, promoting products/services, and expanding the company's market presence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences.
• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 0.6–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
