Job Description
Alhum Infotech is looking for an experienced Telecalling Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, providing training, ensuring quality customer interactions, and improving overall productivity.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the telecalling team.
- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and target achievement.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Handle customer escalations and support the team.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of telecalling/telesales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
