Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to manage a sales team in a voice process. The candidate will be responsible for handling a team of telecallers, ensuring target achievement, and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of telecallers (sales process)
• Monitor daily performance and ensure target achievement
• Motivate and guide team members to improve productivity
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
• Handle escalations and support the team in closing sales
• Track and report daily/weekly/monthly performance
• Ensure quality calls and adherence to company policies
