Job Description

Office Assistant – Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand customer requirements and clarify product or service details.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotations and assist customers in confirming orders.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the sales and operations teams.
  • Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain customer records, quotations, and order details in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
  • Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication and timely responses.
