Essential Functions of the Job:

 

• Ensure pipeline of demand is understood and is staffed with right competencies and capacity to provide required support services
• Ensure development standards are followed, embedding of error capture and reporting, optimal levels of monitoring across platform and process automation layers, MTTI and MTTR via collaboration with the appropriate Infrastructure.
• Implement improvements for the maintenance/housekeeping activities to promote healthier eco-systems
• Manage relationships with key application/product owners that RPA automation services interact with.
• Forge close relationships with, and steer 3rd party providers down the proper path to providing a quality service.
• Manage expectations regarding contractually agreed Service Levels, resource hiring / turnover etc.
• Provide concise reporting to leadership
• Ensure client realizes benefits from automation implemented
• Responsible for maintaining, tracking and reinvoicing of hosting fees budgets and general fiscal management.

 

Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:

 

• Structured delivery experience gained in a global organization with complex structures / matrix structures in place.
• Good managerial / executive presence.
• Experience at stakeholder management and ability to influence and push back on senior stakeholders to protect firm standards
• Correct and timely risk assessment and escalation where required.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

 

• 5 - 7 years of Robotics Process Automation development and support; experience in tools lie UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate required
• Experience with BFSI industries
• Excellent understanding of Program/Project Management and the ITIL framework
• Good understanding on release and deployment management
• Strong expertise in the Insurance domain, with a good understanding of insurance business processes and operations
• Strong knowledge of Application Management Services (AMS), including AMS metrics, KPIs, reporting, dashboards and ITSM

 

 

 

Detailed Responsibilities:

 

• Overall support responsibilities for RPA support services across tools under RPA
• Help define guidance and structure around build and setup of environments
• Help build relationships with key stake holders to improve process penetration and compliance.
• Ensure Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) enabling baselining, reporting and improvements are monitored, understand and communicated to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

 

Education:

 

• A degree in Computer Science / Engineering or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience

 

Experience:

 

• 10+ years in a Global IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs
• 3+ Years Global delivery or transformation preferably in large scale RPA programs
• 3+ Years in a global operations environment

 

Certification Requirements:

 

• Relevant technology qualification highly desirable such as Program Management Professional, ITIL or Prince Practitioner or equivalent experience.
• Certification in the relevant function area around Robotics Process Automation
