We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDQ Developer with 3–5 years of experience in Data Quality, ETL, and Data Governance initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data quality solutions using Informatica IDQ to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data quality solutions using Informatica IDQ. Perform data profiling to identify data quality issues and recommend remediation strategies. Develop and implement data quality rules, validations, standardization, parsing, and cleansing processes. Create and maintain mappings, mapplets, workflows, and reusable objects in IDQ. Implement Match and Merge logic for duplicate detection and data consolidation. Develop scorecards and dashboards to monitor data quality KPIs and metrics. Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Integrate IDQ processes with Informatica PowerCenter, MDM, or cloud data integration platforms. Perform root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues in production environments. Optimize mappings and workflows for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Create technical design documents, unit test cases, and operational support documentation. Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices. Required Technical Skills 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). Strong experience in: Data Profiling Data Cleansing and Standardization Data Validation and Parsing Match & Merge Exception Management Scorecards and Monitoring Good knowledge of Informatica Developer Tool and Analyst Tool. Experience with SQL and relational databases such as: Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL DB2 Understanding of ETL concepts and experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Cloud.
