Job Title:Merchant Executive / Banking Promoter

Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Banking Promoters to onboard merchants, deploy sound boxes, open current accounts, and promote insurance products.
The role involves shop-to-shop visits, building strong relationships with merchants, and achieving monthly business targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Merchant Onboarding:
- Identify and onboard new merchants for Airtel Payments Bank services
- Sound Box Deployment:
- Install and activate sound boxes at merchant outlets
- Current Account Opening:
- Promote and open individual/current accounts for merchants
- Insurance Promotion:
- Cross-sell insurance products to merchants
- Field Visits:
- Daily shop-to-shop visits within assigned territory
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and ensure active transactions
- Target Achievement:
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Requirements:Education: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or banking preferred
- Mandatory: Own bike for field visits
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
