PLC Engineer – Automation & Control

Location: Hosur, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced PLC Engineers to manage automation and control

systems in a manufacturing setup. The role involves troubleshooting PLC-controlled

machines, maintaining automation systems, and ensuring smooth functioning of

production equipment.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of PLC programming, fault diagnosis,

automation controls, and industrial electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems including Siemens, Allen Bradley,

Panasonic, and Mitsubishi

• Diagnose and resolve automation-related machine breakdowns effectively

• Modify PLC logic and control parameters when required for process

improvements

• Ensure proper integration and functioning of sensors, VFDs, HMIs, and field

devices

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of automation systems and

electrical panels

• Monitor machine performance and identify recurring automation issues

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for machine restoration and

uptime improvement

• Maintain documentation related to PLC backups, parameter changes, and

maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during maintenance

activities

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma (Electrical) / BE (EEE) / B.Tech (Electrical)

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in PLC-based machine maintenance in

manufacturing industries

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial

automation systems

• Knowledge of electrical drawings and control circuits preferred

• Candidates willing to work in rotational shifts preferred
