Core responsibilities
- Sales and lead generation: Initiating calls to potential clients, explaining products/services, converting prospects into customers, and meeting sales targets.
- Customer service: Handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries and complaints, and providing support to existing clients.
- Record keeping: Maintaining accurate call logs, updating customer information in a CRM system, and creating reports.
- Follow-up: Engaging in follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain relationships with customers.
- Product knowledge: Staying up-to-date on products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
