Position: Loan Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Loan Executive to assist customers in obtaining suitable loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, collecting documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, and Mortgage Loans.
Meet potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals.
Maintain customer records and update loan application status.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and approvals.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and banking partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Basic knowledge of loan products and banking procedures.
