Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Loan Collections & Recovery: Manage and ensure timely repayment of outstanding dues and microfinance loans for allocated centers or customer groups.
- Customer Interaction: Track, locate, and notify clients regarding due payments, maintaining punctuality and professional decorum during mandatory center meetings.
- Process Compliance: Strictly adhere to the organization's legal and ethical policies for repayment and recovery while minimizing portfolio delinquencies.
- Lead Generation & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell retail asset products (like Micro LAP or Micro Housing) and source new customers through community referrals.
- Member Retention & Account Servicing: Ensure client satisfaction, address basic grievance escalations, and maintain accurate records of all financial interactions in the CRM.
