Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems Labware.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities related to software applications.
- Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle and support methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Labware LIMS - Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
