Area Sales Manager-Loans Against Gold-Marketing Branches Operations

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Loans Against Gold business in your assigned region. This role requires a strategic and results-driven approach to sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the marketing branches to develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Collaborate with marketing branches to align sales efforts and create a cohesive customer experience.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge and best practices, attending relevant training and workshops.
  • Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building a strong network and promoting the bank's brand.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for business development purposes.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
