Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively monitors testing processes, manages test execution, and facilitates defect resolution to maintain the integrity and reliability of software products. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement of quality practices are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Test Management, TestNG.
- Strong knowledge of data validation techniques and ETL process workflows.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test cases for data warehousing environments.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor testing progress and outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
