Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process refinement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable documentation.
- Experience in conducting user and task analysis to capture business needs accurately.
- Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
