Job Description

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and mobile devices.

Troubleshoot motherboard, display, battery, charging, keyboard, and software-related issues.

Install, upgrade, and configure operating systems and software applications.

Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, screens, touch panels, and ICs.

Perform preventive maintenance and device health checks.

Maintain service records and update repair status.

Coordinate with vendors/service centers for spare parts procurement.
