What youll be doing
Managing Production and PreProduction Platform in terms of its Linux server side Oracle database and Graphical User Interface
CoordinateImplement accepted requirementsupgrades into the system
Perform weeklymonthlyyearly tasks related to IT Area eg Disaster Recovery Tests IT SecurityPenetration Tests
Performing ITtechnical tasks basing on Standard Operation Procedures
Performing daily manual tasks in our trade flow management custody and portfolio management platform Graphical User Interfaces and SQL
Working closely with the Business IT stakeholders
Acting as a link of technical team with other technical teams and business areas helping to communicate in an accurate manner the business requirements
Managing editingimprovingcorrecting Application Operations knowledge base
Being oncall for operational issues outside office hours

Your experience and background
Fluency in terms management of Linux simple Bash scripting and the will to improve your skills in terms of the IT area Certified Red Hat System Administrator as an advantage
Understanding of SQL and the will improve and build own queries experience with Oracle SQL as an advantage
Fluency in English written and spoken
Understanding of Monitoring methodologySystems eg Prometheus Grafana Splunk
Understanding of ticket management systems like RemedyHelix
Understanding of AgileITIL methodology
Understanding of Atlassian Tools JIRAConfluenceBambooBitBucket
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in IT Area Service DeskOperations
Familiar with CICDAnsibleGIT and will to extend the knowledge in terms of automations and DevOps methodology
Knowledge about risk banking financialtrading systems will be an advantage
Experience working with trade flow management custody and portfolio management platform Graphical User Interfaces as an advantage
