- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless security operations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to managed services.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies within client environments.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and implement effective response measures.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to align security objectives and operational goals.
- Competence in managing security tools and technologies to support service delivery.
