Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our co-living properties.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Occupancy Management • Guest Handling & Site Visits • Tenant Onboarding & Documentation • Rent Collection Support • Tenant Retention & Relationship Management • Staff Supervision & Coordination • Maintenance & Complaint Resolution • Property Operations & P&L Monitoring
✅ Requirements: • Good Communication Skills • Basic Excel & Smartphone Knowledge • Team Handling Ability • Problem Solving Attitude • Experience in PG, Hostel, Hotel, Real Estate or Operations preferred
