Job Description
Role Overview We're looking for a Flutter Developer to build and ship mobile app from the ground up — a consumer-facing app for report generation, payments, and multilingual content delivery to users across India.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a cross-platform Flutter app (Android + iOS) from scratch
- Integrate with our existing Node.js/Express backend and REST APIs
- Implement Razorpay payment flows (subscriptions, one-time report purchases, UPI)
- Integrate WhatsApp/Msg91-based OTP and notification flows
- Handle chart/report rendering (PDF viewing, sharing, downloads)
- Optimize app performance for tier-2/tier-3 India users (low-bandwidth, budget devices)
- Manage Play Store & App Store release cycles, versioning, and crash monitoring
- Collaborate directly with founder/product on feature prioritization
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of production Flutter experience with at least one live app on Play Store/App Store
- Strong grip on Dart, state management (Provider/Riverpod/Bloc), and REST API integration
- Experience with payment gateway integration (Razorpay preferred)
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, FCM push notifications, Analytics/Crashlytics)
- Comfortable working with multilingual/localized apps (l10n/i18n in Flutter)
- Understanding of app store submission processes (Play Console + App Store Connect)
Good to Have
- Experience in D2C/consumer apps built for Indian audiences
- Familiarity with astrology, spiritual, or content/subscription-based apps
- Basic understanding of WhatsApp Business API/Flows
- Exposure to AWS Lambda-backed or serverless APIs
