Job Description

Storekeeper / Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock entries and update inventory records.
  • Issue and receive materials as per requisitions and delivery schedules.
  • Handle material inward and outward transactions.
  • Pick and take out materials from the store based on production or dispatch requirements.
  • Manage packing materials and ensure proper storage and availability.
  • Prepare and pack materials for dispatch while following company standards.
  • Perform regular stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures.
  • Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material movement.
  • Report stock shortages, damages, and discrepancies to the supervisor.
