(In-process Quality, Final Inspection, Customer Quality & Supplier Quality.) ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSTION * Handling In-process Quality, Final Inspection, Customer Quality & Supplier Quality.
Part of CFT for New Product Development - APQP & PPAP reviews.
Responsible for QMS implementation & Adherence.
Responsible for Customer Complaint and warranty issues.
Attend Daily Operation Review, feedback for Quality Issues / Alerts.
Conduct Daily Quality Meetings and addressing day to day quality issues of In process, Final Inspection and Customer with all the departments and ensuring proper actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Ensure CSR adherance.
Leading & Monitoring Scrap Reduction Projects.
Additional Support to Supplier Quality for Audits & Continual Improvement.
Training to staffs on Various Quality Topics like 7QC Tools, 5Core Tools, IATF Awareness, CSR Awareness, 8D, Quality Gate, NC Handling etc.
5'S Champion for Plant - Leading 5'S improvement drive SKILLS PROFILE (add rows, if you so need) Technical Skills * 1. Hands on Problem Solving tools 2. QMS - IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3, AIAG 6 Core Tools 3. Internal Auditor - IATF 16949 4. Audit Management & Improvement 5. Customer Complaint Management 6. Supplier Development Safety / EHS Competencies Awareness on significant safey hazards, risk & operational controls Legal compliances - awareness on EHS Policy & objective Awareness on Emergency Management system Enviroment significant aspects, Risk knowledge & it's operational controls Soft Skills* 1. Presentation Skills (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PowerBI) 2. Data Analysis (SPC, PowerBI) 3. Communication, Team Management / Coordination QUALIFICATION (Essential) * 1 Internal Auditor - IATF 16949 (Lead Auditor IATF 16949 will be added advantage) 2 SSGB (Six Sigma Green Belt) 3 CQI Certification for awareness (for Special processes like Plating / Coating, Welding) Experience (Essential) * No of Years 10+
