Job Description
An Agency Manager in the insurance sector drives business growth and profitability by recruiting, training, and leading a team of insurance agents.
Your Task
Develop and execute key sales and business strategies and action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
