You will design tailored AI solutions by identifying essential data and technology needs, focusing on streamlining and improving business workflows. Your role contributes to delivering tangible value and fostering a scalable AI adoption environment across the organization, ensuring that innovative technologies are effectively integrated to support business growth and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate AI implementations to ensure optimal performance and impact.
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members to build collective expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
