Sales Executive Dear Applicant,We are pleased to share the detailed Job Description for the role of Sales Executive .Role Overview:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales activities, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales. Your role will directly contribute to achieving business growth targets and maximizing customer acquisition.Key Accountabilities:Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and generate business opportunities.Present products/services effectively and communicate value propositions to potential clients.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive conversions.Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close sales successfully.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective follow-up and engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.Shift Structure & Timings:Work Location: Permanent Work from HomeShift Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PMLogin Duration: 10 hours 30 minutes daily (If login hours are not completed by 8:30 PM, continue until fulfilled)Breaks: 1 hour total break + 30 minutes buffer timeWorking Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)System Requirements:Updated Laptop/Desktop with minimum Windows 11Stable high-speed internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps speedEthernet/LAN cable connectivity preferredDedicated power backup support capable of handling 10 hours 30 minutes shift durationHeadset mandatory for calling processSales Targets & Performance Expectations:Your daily performance expectations will be based on:Outbound calling productivityLead generation and customer engagement metricsSales conversion targetsRevenue achievement goalsFollow-up and pipeline management standards➡ Final targets and KPIs will be communicated during OJT, based on the assigned sales process and business requirements. Targets are subject to change as per project or process demand.Training & Compensation:Training Duration: 10 days total (5 days Training + 5 days OJT)Certification: Post-training, candidates must qualify the certification to proceed furtherTraining Payout: Paid out at the time of Full & Final settlement (F&F)Important Compensation & Policy Details:Pay Date: 12th of every monthNo F&F settlement will be provided in case of terminationMandatory Probation Period: 3 months (no resignation allowed during this period)Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month (not applicable in the first month)Eligibility & Selection Criteria:Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be considered for the hiring process:Prior sales calling experience is mandatoryMinimum 6 months of experience in Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, Tele Sales, or Revenue Sales ProcessNo planned leaves, vacations, examinations, or personal commitments for the next 3 months post joiningPreferred Sales Qualities & Competencies:Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following behavioral and professional qualities:Strong communication and convincing skillsAbility to thrive in a high-pressure and target-driven environmentResult-oriented and revenue-focused mindsetStrong negotiation and objection-handling capabilitiesExcellent analytical thinking and decision-making abilitySelf-motivated with high ownership and accountabilityConsistent follow-up and customer engagement skillsAbility to work with aggressive sales KPIs and productivity metricsPositive attitude with strong team collaboration skillsAdaptability towards dynamic sales strategies and process changesAdditional Expectations:Comfortable with extensive outbound calling throughout the shiftWillingness to work on strict performance metrics and conversion targetsStrong discipline in attendance and login adherenceProfessional work ethics and process compliance mandatoryMandatory WFH Setup Verification:To proceed with further interview rounds, candidates must share the following setup proofs:Laptop or Desktop picture while standing next to itWi-Fi setup pictureWi-Fi speed test screenshot showing minimum 50 MbpsPower backup pictureHeadset picture➡ Please note: Further interview rounds will be conducted only after receiving all the above required setup proofs.If you understand and agree with the job responsibilities and policies stated above, please be prepared for the upcoming comprehensive interview round.
