Applies deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s). Contributes technical expertise to the development of new products, working with crossfunctional teams across engineering disciplines such as, but not limited to, chemical, electrical, hardware, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, process, software, and technology platforms and investigates technical roadblocks to help troubleshoot and drive results. Manages complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of manufacturing systems/processes, hardware products, software programs, and/or technology platforms. Leads review with executives and department leads for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects. Manages teams to the achievement of program level milestones and prioritizes deliverables to meet strategic needs. Drives requirements scoping, analysis, priorities and planning including interdependencies, business and customer priorities, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple product teams. Exhibits knowledge of customer gaps, needs and required usages to drive teams to delivering high ROI products. Advises and mentors the project/program management teams, providing guidance and leading the advancement of project management competencies. Exercises thought leadership to innovate new processes and procedures within the engineering domain. Oversees projects and/or programs that require business acumen as well as interaction and domain knowledge in one or more engineering areas such as design, development, architecture, validation, manufacturing, and/or processes.

Qualifications:

Role: ECG India Make in India Design Program lead 1. Lead the Program Execution Teams (PXTs) of ECG's Make in India Design program to drive the proliferation of new ECGE designs working in close partnership with local ecosystem, OxMs, design houses across India. 2. Lead the programs with India design houses / OxMs who are part of the ECG India ecosystem including planning, execution, transition to production, production ramp, support of customer HW board design development and launches, and providing post-launch/sustaining support. 3. Working with key stakeholders, determine and communicate clear program goals to the team with respect to features, performance, quality, security, schedule and cost. Build, monitor and maintain the linkage between these program execution goals and the program's business goals of volume, revenue, and profitability. 4. Track program progress against the goals, including managing program execution within the approved budget. Communicate with the contributing leaders and teams and assure their alignment. 5. Manage program scope and plan of record and be the gate keeper for any late changes through the Change Control Board (CCB) process. 6. Proactively identify program issues and risks. Lead the resolution of issues, pulling in experts and resources as needed. Make the decisions needed to keep the program on track. Proactively drive the mitigation of risks. 7. Communicate program progress and issues to senior management across multiple organizations. Communicate senior management guidance to the teams. 8. Build an inclusive environment within the program teams. Ensure that all individuals are respected, heard, and can contribute to their maximum potential. Proactively support the development of team members. Skills: 1. A very detailed and disciplined approach a must. 2. Ability to project manage complex, large, and multi-disciplinary programs. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills, including building and maintaining new work relationships, working as a team, and working through differing inputs and opinions to arrive at optimal and agreed-upon solutions. 8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills. Ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior technical leaders and senior managers. 9. Experience with, and affinity for, process improvement. 10. Proven experience working well both independently and as part of a team in a self-directed manner. 11. Experience in Edge Embedded market segment including retail, industrial, security Surveillance, Robotics other adjacent Edge verticals.
