Job Description

Summarized Purpose:

We are seeking an Sr IT Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions that enable business transformation and operational excellence. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or AI/ML platform development
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments preferred

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML solutions and enterprise integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities and use cases
• Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI solutions
• Lead implementation of machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven applications
• Define integration patterns for APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development and engineering teams
• Support deployment automation, monitoring, and optimization of AI platforms and services

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML technologies and solution architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms and AI services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• AI/ML solution architecture expertise
• Experience with generative AI and LLM-based applications
• Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• API and microservices architecture
• Python programming and AI/ML frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
• Experience with DevOps/MLOps and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with vector databases and AI search technologies
• Exposure to data engineering and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Healthcare/Life Sciences domain knowledge preferred

Working Hours:

• India: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
• Philippines: 03:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT
