EY-Consulting–Kinaxis Solution Architect – Senior Manager (13-16 years)

The opportunity

EY GDS is a global major in value-added Digital Supply Chain services for its clients. As part of this rapidly growing business segment, you will play a critical role in developing solutions, implementations, and performance improvement of Kinaxis Supply Chain. This role will help the individual to work collaboratively with the end user community, implementation partners, cross-functional teams and other IT resources to identify system deficiencies and opportunities for business process enhancements. Your key responsibilities

• Key role working experience with large scale implementation & transforms in complex environments
• Have a good functional understanding about SCM processes, should able to translate business requirements into Kinaxis (Demand, Supply, Inventory and Scheduling modules) solution, provide solutions proficiency in Kinaxis modules to analyse and identifying gaps, to lead the solution design, and implement the Kinaxis application modules to meet business requirements
• Lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities
• Able to conduct workshops to understand end to end business process requirements and propose the best possible solution
• Deliver high quality client solutions that meet and exceed client/EY expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
• Manage client solution delivery, including defining project approach, motivating project teams, monitoring, managing project risks, managing client and EY key stakeholders and successfully delivering client solutions
• Identifying new business opportunities, including building strong client relations, understanding client needs and EY solution offerings, communicating client opportunities to EY leadership, and helping develop client opportunities
• Assets and closely work with capability leader on growth of the Kinaxis competency

• Work on Proposal and RFP’s
• Analyse business requirements and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
• Develop detailed solution design based on business requirements
• Strong expertise in detailed configuration and testing of Kinaxis modules
• Assist customer/business teams during UAT phase
• Prepare and Review project documentations
• Managing the delivery of large transformation projects.
• Technical skills like (Configuration, Integration), Data processing using connectors.
• Industry knowledge in any Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Life sciences, AM&M
• Preferred Kinaxis certified solution architect

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Very well versed in supply chain related knowledge, be able to understand common business problems, and translate business input to advise clients on appropriate solutions to meet their planning objectives
• 10+ years of hands-on experience, as a consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers required
• Experience working with Kinaxis supply chain planning solutions as either a customer of Kinaxis or as a consultant implementing Kinaxis solutions for customers/clients preferred for below modules
• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
• Relevant consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, BY, O9, OMP, Logility, SAP, or leading ERP is an added advantage

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred. A combination of Bachelor ’s degree and relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of advanced degree
• Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
• Overall, 13-16 years of experiences as SCM planner and responsibilities delivering projects in Supply Chain Management, Planning & Logistics domain
• Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred
• Engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements from various parts of an organization to drive the design, programming execution, and UAT for future state capabilities within the platform
• Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines
• Good understanding of outsourcing and off shoring, building win/win strategies and contracts with suppliers
