Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage financial records and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting and contribute to a well-organized office environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day financial records and bookkeeping
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports
• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements
• Support HR documentation and employee record maintenance also need to maintain the store in & out
