About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote Son-so-Lite's solar solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet customers, explain solar products, and help expand our customer base in Ranchi and nearby areas.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits and local marketing.
• Meet homeowners, shop owners, businesses, and institutions to promote solar solutions.
• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and available government subsidies.
• Conduct door-to-door visits, canopy activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installations.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Requirements10+2, Graduate, or Diploma (Any Stream)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Ranchi and nearby areas.
• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Field sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or home improvement sales is an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
